Yes – you can attach logos and any supporting materials to your design brief when placing your order. This can be very helpful, assisting us in understanding your exact requirements. Alternatively, you can email us at ku.oc.ngisedogolbg@krowtra with your order number and contact details, and we’ll do the rest for you.
We’ll do our best to get your designs right the first time. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our initial concepts, we’ll work together to revise your designs until you’re 100% happy.
If you need to discuss any aspect of the logo concepts, your account manager will be happy to discuss your concerns in full, allowing us to find a way forward together. This combined, constructive effort will make sure the next set of revisions are exactly what you’re looking for.

A logo concept is an idea or piece of art created for your company, and either presented by you as the customer, or GB Logo Design. The number of initial logo concepts will vary depending on the package selected.
A logo revision is the process of editing a concept, based upon your feedback. The edits made to a concept can include colours, fonts or the moving/redrawing of elements of the concept, for example.
Photographs are restricted in quality by the size they are originally taken / captured at. This means that, in circumstances where you may need to increase or decrease the size of your logo a high quality of image cannot be guaranteed, so we do not use photos in our logo work.
Once you’re 100% happy with the final logo design of your choice, we’ll send you all the files you need to use for web and print. If you require more than one set of final files there will be a small charge of just £30 + VAT to cover an hour of the designers time to prepare everything for you.
